Annual membership begins in January and entitles members to all issues of our quarterly publication, Iredell County Tracks, and to free queries as space permits. Recent back issues are available for $3.00 each.
Materials collected by members or donated to the Society are stored in a vault at our office in the Iredell County Government Center (old Courthouse) on South Center Street in Statesville. This office is open to the public from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays, except holidays. A copy of the same materials is available in the James Iredell Room in the Iredell County Library Monday -Thursday until 9:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 5:30 p.m.
Our volunteers will provide copies from our files for 40 cents per page. Please add $2.00 for postage if your request is for 50 pages or more.
Genealogical information which you care to share with the society will be published in the Iredell County Tracks as space permits. (The Society does not assume responsibility for error of act or opinions expressed by contributors.)
The Genealogical Society of Iredell County is a non-profit organization. It is our desire and intent to publish only reliable genealogical materials and to preserve records for future generations. Quarterly Meetings are held in February, May, August, and November, 7 p.m. in the History Room at the Iredell County Library.

you give the description found in the index, along with the number. It
may vary from one page to fifty pages. We apologize for any dim or
illegible copies that you may get. We send the best that we have. Some
of our older xerox copies are not too clear, and some of our original
material is very dim. We do appreciate your cooperation! This
information will give you a better understanding of our files. A SASE is
required with your information requests. Postage is among our largest
expenses!
